Oogy is more than a blog.

OOGY is the brainchild of Texan millennial Rachel Rodriguez. Her initial mission was to create a blog, but the true purpose behind Oogy is to acknowledge that there is no “normal” and that negative self-talk should have no place in simply trying to live a happy life.

Oogy was also created to face fears. Functioning in spite of crippling social anxiety meant acceptance of herself and celebration of the same for others.

Since her first post on Xanga in the early aughts, Rachel found her voice in writing. Until now, she has sought to curate ideas beyond her comfort zone and live a life that is weird, familiar, hairy, and free. So basically Oogy.
